RIGHT TO LIFE

We believe in the sanctity of life and that life begins at conception.

MARRIAGE

We believe marriage is defined by God as between one woman and one man and that no other combinations may be defined as marriage.

EDUCATION

We believe that public education should be controlled at the county or municipality level. Alternative methods of education such as private, parochial, and home schooling should be encouraged by providing property tax credits to those families that choose these alternatives.

ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION

We believe that those persons who enter the United States illegally, and are living in New Jersey, when apprehended should be deported post haste and that no benefits such as welfare or free medical care should be afforded to these persons while they are here, thereby removing the incentive for unlawful entry. In addition, that the “birthright citizenship” of children born to illegals whereby they become American citizens based on their illegal parent giving birth on American soil, should be abolished.

PROPERTY TAX

We believe that property taxes in NJ, being among the highest in the nation, must be significantly reduced and where possible eliminated. The taxing of one’s property is to nullify ownership of same. No one who owns property should live in fear that the state can confiscate that property for unpaid taxes.

INCOME TAX

We call for the elimination of the State income tax.

STATE SOVEREIGNTY

We call on the state legislators to resist federal mandates and refuse federal funds, thereby retaining their 10th Amendment right to nullify unconstitutional federal laws.

JOB CREATION

We believe that business incentives, such as tax credits, relaxation of regulations, and other incentives should be used to promote a business friendly atmosphere in New Jersey.

EMINENT DOMAIN

We call for Eminent Domain to be used only for necessary government projects and not for private enterprise and a fair market price to be paid to the sellers.

ENVIRONMENT

We call for common sense protections for the environment, but oppose regulations that restrict industry and cause these industries to leave our state thereby causing the loss of jobs.
